- Complete the Form: Your broker can transfer your securities directly to Birds Canada by filling out this form.
- Send It to Us: Once completed, email the form to Kate Dalgleish, Director of Development, at kdalgleish@birdscanada.org or fax it to us at (519) 586-3532.
- Contact Us: If you have questions or to discuss how your gift will be allocated, call Kate Dalgleish at (519) 586-3531, ext. 174.
